Iwan Setiawan is CEO and co-founder of Agrisoft. Over the past 10 years has been working on the field of geoinformatics and spatial information using open source software.

Iwan studied Agrometeorology in the Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) and Geoinformatics in the International Institute of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC), Enschede - The Netherlands, which is now became Faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation, University of Twente.
